We aim to process and ship your order within 48 hours, with delivery typically taking around 5 business days depending on your location. Shipping is calculated at checkout, with free shipping on orders over €150.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link please make sure your address is correct and someone is available to receive the parcel. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or non-collection, the order will be refunded minus shipping and a €7 return fee.
Refund Policy

You can return your seat covers within 30 days as long as they’re unused and in the original packaging.

If there’s a defect, wrong item, or a confirmed fit issue (for compatible vehicles), we’ll cover return shipping and give a full refund. For other returns, a €7 return fee applies. Just contact us before sending anything back, and we’ll guide you through it.

    You call yourselves "the original". What does that actually mean?

    Simple. When CULT was born, vanlife seat covers didn't exist as a category. Katrien was living in her van on the Canarian coast and built the cover she couldn't find anywhere, from scratch, using her background in car upholstery.

    Since then, a few brands have released covers that look very familiar. We'll let you connect the dots.

    Can I wash the seat covers?

    Yes. Wash at 30–40°C, close all Velcro, and let them air dry. No tumble drying.
    Do you ship to my country?

    We ship to most countries directly through our website. If your country isn’t listed, just send us a message with the products you’d like. We can check the shipping cost for you and arrange it manually.
    Are the covers easy to install & remove?

    Yes. You can put them on in a few minutes and take them off just as easily when needed.
