Cult Return and Refund Policy
At Cult, we are dedicated to providing high-quality seat covers that meet your needs. Please review the guidelines below for our return and refund process.
Eligibility for Returns
Condition of Items
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include the original box. Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.
Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Fitting Issues
Our seat covers are carefully designed to fit the vehicles listed in our Compatibility Guide. Before purchasing, we strongly recommend checking the guide and verifying measurements.
For Compatible Vehicles
If your vehicle is listed in our Compatibility Guide and you experience a fitting issue, please send us photos so we can verify the problem.
If confirmed, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund after inspection.
For Incompatible Vehicles
If your vehicle is not listed in the Compatibility Guide, returns are still accepted, but the customer is responsible for the €7 return shipping cost.
Always check the basic measurements in our guide before purchasing.

Production Errors or Shipping Mistakes
If you receive the wrong item or your seat covers arrive with a production defect:

Returns for Personal Reasons
If you wish to return your seat covers for reasons unrelated to fit, production, or shipping issues — such as:

You received a similar product as a gift

You changed your mind

You don’t like how the design or color looks in your car

You no longer want the product
You may return the item within 30 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Undeliverable & Returned-to-Sender Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, this is not considered a voluntary return.
Once received, the order will be automatically refunded.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and an additional €7 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Return Packaging
Seat covers must be returned in the original box.
Customers are responsible for packing the return securely. Items damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
For EU customers (excluding UK)
If your order was delivered within the European Union, all returns must be initiated through our official return portal:

Returns initiated outside this portal may not be processed.
For UK customers
If your order was delivered within the United Kingdom, please contact us by email at info@cultsurfing.com with:

Wait for a Return Authorization email before sending anything back.
Returns sent without approval will not be processed.
Once approved, return the product within 7 days.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs may still apply depending on the reason for return (see sections above).
Customs Duties Refunds (EU & UK)
Orders shipped within the EU and the UK should not incur customs duties.
In rare cases where duties are charged (for example, if an order ships from the Canary Islands), customers may send us a copy of the payment receipt, and we will refund the duties paid.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
