At Cult, we are dedicated to providing high-quality seat covers that meet your needs. Please review the following guidelines for our refund and return process to ensure a smooth experience:
Eligibility for Returns
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include the original box. Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Non-Refundable Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Fitting Issues
Our seat covers are carefully designed to fit the vehicles listed in our Compatibility Guide. Before purchasing, we strongly recommend that customers carefully review the Compatibility Guide and check the measurements as a safety measure to confirm that the seat covers will fit their vehicle.
- For Compatible Vehicles: If your vehicle is listed in the Compatibility Guide, the seat covers will fit. Should you believe there is a fitting issue, we may request photos to verify the problem. Refunds or returns in these cases are subject to inspection.
- For Incompatible Vehicles: If your vehicle is not listed in the Compatibility Guide, returns for fitting issues will be accepted, but the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Prepaid return labels will not be provided. It is important to always check the basic measurements provided in the Compatibility Guide before purchasing or reaching out to us and provide more information about your vehicle or seats that you want to cover.
Design Preferences
We strive to ensure our product images and descriptions accurately represent our seat covers. Returns for design-related preferences (e.g., the design or color doesn’t suit your car) are accepted, but the customer must cover the return shipping costs.
Other Reasons for Returns
If you wish to return the seat covers for any reason other than fitting or design issues, such as receiving the product as a duplicate gift or personal preferences unrelated to product quality:
- Please email us at cultseatcovers@gmail.com with the reason for your return.
- We will review your request on a case-by-case basis to determine whether the return is eligible and who will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns where there is no issue with the product’s quality, fit, or design, the customer must cover the return shipping costs.
Return Packaging
- The seat cover must be returned in its original box.
- How the box is packed for shipping is up to the customer, but it must be securely packed to ensure it arrives undamaged. Returns that are damaged during transit due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at cultseatcovers@gmail.com with your order details and photos showing the issue (if applicable) or reason for the return.
- Wait for a Return Authorization email from our team before sending back your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
- Once approved, send the item back within 7 days of receiving your confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. If you have any questions, our team is here to assist—don’t hesitate to reach out!
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
