We aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Presale Items
If an item is part of a presale, this will be clearly stated on the product page and homepage, and different processing times may apply.
Weekends & Holidays
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to countries within Europe and the UK.
For destinations outside the EU and UK, availability may vary.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Depending on the destination and order value, we ship using UPS, GLS, CTT express, Correos or standard postal services.

Orders typically arrive within 5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, remote locations, or local courier operations.
Shipping Costs
Flat-Rate Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to orders over €150, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout, including:

A valid phone number required by the courier
Cult Webshop cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Temporary & Holiday Addresses
If you are shipping to a temporary address (such as an Airbnb, hotel, campsite, or holiday apartment), please make sure the address is suitable for courier delivery.
We strongly recommend adding delivery instructions and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.
Cult Webshop cannot guarantee successful delivery to temporary or unmanned locations.
Order Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and:

Providing alternative delivery instructions if they are not home
Couriers may attempt delivery multiple times or redirect parcels to a local pickup point, depending on their local policies.
Shipping Issues & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Failed delivery attempts

Non-collection or lack of response to the courier
The order will be automatically refunded.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and an additional €7 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Customs Fees & Duties
Orders shipped within the EU and the UK should not incur customs duties or import taxes.
In rare cases (for example, if an order ships from the Canary Islands), duties may be charged. If this happens, customers can send us a copy of the payment receipt, and we will refund the duties paid.
Orders shipped outside the EU and UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT according to local regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
Delivery Restrictions
PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Remote Locations
Some rural or hard-to-access locations may require additional delivery time or may not be serviceable. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.
