Eligibility for Returns

Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include the original box. Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Fitting Issues
Our seat covers are carefully designed to fit the vehicles listed in our Compatibility Guide. Before purchasing, we strongly recommend that customers check the guide and verify the measurements to confirm fit.

For Compatible Vehicles: If your vehicle is listed in our Compatibility Guide, the seat covers will fit. If you experience a fitting issue, please send photos to help us verify the problem. If confirmed, we will cover the cost of the return label and issue a full refund after inspection.

For Incompatible Vehicles: If your vehicle is not listed in the Compatibility Guide, returns will still be accepted, but you will need to cover the return shipping cost. Prepaid return labels will not be provided. It is important to always check the basic measurements in our guide before purchasing.

If you receive the wrong item or your seat covers arrive with a production defect:

Returns for Personal Preference
If you want to return your seat covers for any reason other than fitting issues, production defects, or shipping errors — such as:

You received a similar product as a gift,

You changed your mind,

You don’t like how the design or color looks in your car,

Or you simply no longer want the product —

You are welcome to return the item within 30 days, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for repacking the box securely. If the return is damaged in transit due to poor packaging, it may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Wait for a Return Authorization email before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval will not be processed.

Once approved, return the product within 7 days of receiving confirmation.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs may still apply depending on the reason for the return, as outlined above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
